Description: The Corning Cable Systems Closet Connector Housing (CCH-01U) provides interconnect or cross-connect capabilities between the outside plant, riser, or distribution cables, and the opto-electronics.The unit can be rack-mounted in 19" (48 cm) or 23" (58 cm) equipment racks (1.75-in EIA hole spacing) and its one rack space (1U) can accomodate two connector panels. The closet connector housing can be ordered with connector panels for multimode and single-mode applications and are offered in 6-, 8-, 12-, 16- and 24-fiber configurations (sold separately).Documentation labels are provided and units or components can be added as needed to construct a fiber distribution frame for any application. Brackets for rack-mounting in 19-in or 23-in equipment racks are included.
